These Terms govern your use of the TON Smart Trade (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions). You must not be on any restricted persons list maintained by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United Nations.
The Service is a Telegram-native, non-custodial software interface that helps you (a) generate or import TON wallets, (b) submit signed transactions to the TON blockchain through public RPC providers, and (c) interact with third-party decentralised exchanges (Ston.fi, DeDust). The Service is provided as software; no part of it constitutes investment advice, brokerage, custody or money transmission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion if we suspect a breach.
The Service relies on third-party APIs and protocols (Telegram, TonAPI, TonCenter, Ston.fi, DeDust, GeckoTerminal, Binance public price feed). We do not control these services and are not liable for their downtime, errors, fees or terms. Smart-contract interactions are final and irreversible.
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. All trading decisions are yours. You should consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions. See the Risk Disclosure.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (C) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (ii) USD 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The effective date is updated above. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your wallets and ceasing to message the bot.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (see Legal Notice) without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the Legal Notice constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
